These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Braintune Technologies website and your purchase of digital signage products and services from Braintune Automation Pty Ltd (ABN 41 698 482 450, "Braintune", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
2. Products & pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications and pricing displayed on this website are accurate. Prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the item supplied (e.g. accessory colour, packaging). We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to update pricing at any time without prior notice; confirmed orders will honour the price agreed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Quotes, orders & payment
Quote requests submitted through this website are not binding offers to sell; a quote becomes a confirmed order only once accepted in writing by Braintune and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been received. Payments made through the website are processed securely by Stripe; Braintune does not store your full payment card details. For made-to-order items (e.g. custom LED video walls), lead times will be confirmed at the time of order.
4. Delivery, installation & risk
Estimated delivery and installation timeframes are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Where installation is included, our technicians will coordinate a suitable date with you following a site inspection. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery (or on installation, where installation is part of the order). Site readiness (power, mounting surface, network access) is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranty
All digital signage hardware sold by Braintune is covered by our 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to any consumer guarantees available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. 6. Returns & cancellations
Stock items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and subject to a restocking assessment — contact Support before returning any item. Made-to-order and custom-configured products (including custom LED video walls) are non-refundable once production has commenced, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braintune's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the product, or the cost of having the product repaired or replaced. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Braintune or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
