SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Dispatch & Processing At Braintune, we strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Special Orders: Items marked as “Special Order” or “Custom Solution” (including large-scale digital signage hardware) may have longer lead times. We will contact you with an estimated dispatch date for these items.

2. Our Couriers We use a range of reputable courier services to ensure your delivery arrives safely and on time, including StarTrack, TNT, and CouriersPlease.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

  • Signature Required: For the security of your high-value electronics, most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

3. Estimated Delivery Times While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to courier operations, typical transit times after dispatch are:

  • VIC / NSW / ACT: 1–3 business days

  • QLD / SA: 2–4 business days

  • WA / NT / TAS: 5–7 business days (Regional areas may require additional time).

4. Shipping Costs & Heavy Items Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.

  • Pallet Delivery: Large digital signage screens and video walls are shipped on pallets/skids to ensure safety. These may incur a higher shipping fee.

  • Forklift Requirements: If you are ordering large items and do not have a forklift on-site, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a Tail-Lift Delivery Service (extra charges may apply).

5. Damaged or Missing Items (IMPORTANT) Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  • Shortages: If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Damage: If a package arrives physically damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it. You must report any damage to us within 7 days.

  • Reporting: Please email info@braintune.com.au with your Order Number and photos of the damage.

6. Pick-Up / Collection We are currently establishing a new Braintune Showroom in Melbourne (Berwick), which will soon be open for product demonstrations and collections.

Current Collection Process (By Appointment Only): If you are based in Melbourne and wish to collect your order to save on shipping:

  1. Select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout (if available) or contact us at info@braintune.com.au before placing your order.

  2. We will arrange a specific collection time by appointment.

  3. Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready with the pick-up address and instructions. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this confirmation.
