TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW This website is operated by Braintune. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Braintune. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PRICING
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our digital signage products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Quotes: Formal quotes provided by Braintune are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 3 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 4 – INSTALLATION SERVICES If you engage Braintune for installation services:
Site Access: You must ensure safe and clear access to the installation site at the agreed time.
Structural Integrity: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the wall/structure can support the weight of the digital signage screens. Braintune is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects.
Power & Data: Unless agreed otherwise, providing power points and data cabling at the installation location is the customer’s responsibility.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENT TERMS
Online Orders: 100% payment is required at checkout before goods are dispatched.
Custom Projects: For large installations or custom orders, a 50% deposit may be required to secure stock, with the balance due upon completion/delivery (subject to approval).
SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
