PRIVACY POLICY – BRAINTUNE

1.1 What we collect When you purchase products or services from the Braintune website, or engage us for digital signage installations, we collect personal information necessary to provide our services. This includes your:

  • Delivery and Installation Address

  • Payment details (processed securely by third-party gateways)

1.2 Purpose of Collection In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Braintune collects, holds, uses, and discloses your personal information for the following purposes:

  1. Service Delivery: To provide products, installation services, and digital signage solutions to you.

  2. Transaction Processing: To process payments and arrange for courier delivery or technician attendance.

  3. Improvement: To research, develop, and improve our product offerings and website functionality.

  4. Debt Recovery: To instigate debt collection if an invoice remains unpaid.

  5. Legal Compliance: To comply with Australian laws or Court orders.

1.3 Automated Collection When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to help us learn about your browser and operating system for site optimization.

  • Sub-contractors: Licensed technicians assisting with installations (strictly for the purpose of completing the job).
