RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS Unless otherwise stated in the product description:

  • Commercial Displays: Typically come with a 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

  • Consumer Grade Screens: Typically come with a 1-Year Warranty.

  • Accessories/Cables: 12-Month Warranty. (Please check your specific product invoice for the exact warranty term).

3. RETURNS PROCESS (RMA) To initiate a return or warranty claim, you must NOT send the item back without approval.

  1. Contact us at info@braintune.com.au with your Order Number and a description of the fault (photos/videos recommended).

  2. We will assess the issue and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging.

4. DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL (DOA) As per our Shipping Policy, any physical damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may be rejected by the courier insurance.

5. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS Please choose carefully as we generally do not offer refunds for “change of mind”, especially for:

  • Special Order items.

  • Custom-built digital signage solutions.

At our absolute discretion, we may accept a return of a standard stock item within 7 days, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. In such cases, a Restocking Fee of 20% may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation (if not installed by Braintune).

  • Power surges (we recommend using surge protectors).

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
